The "Vibe" Ingredients (Kya Kya Chahiye):
Water (Paani): 1 Cup (Pure and fresh)
Milk (Doodh): 1 Cup (Full cream, for that rich texture)
Ginger (Adrak): 1-inch piece (Cashed/Crushed to release the soul)
Tea Leaves (Patti): 2 Teaspoons (Strong/Kadak)
Cardamom (Elaichi): 2 pieces (Optional, for that royal aroma)
Sugar (Cheeni): As per your sweet tooth
The Ritual (Banane Ka Alag Andaaz):
Step 1: The Infusion (Sabar ka Phal) Ek sauce pan mein paani dalein aur usme kooti hui adrak (crushed ginger) aur elaichi daal dein. Isay tab tak ubalain jab tak paani ka rang halka sunehri (golden) na ho jaye. Yahi wo waqt hai jab adrak apna jadu paani mein chorti hai.
Step 2: The Color (Rang-e-Chai) Ab isme patti shamil karein. Isay 1 minute ke liye pakiye jab tak ek gehra, khubsurat dark red rang na nikal aaye.
Step 3: The Creamy Touch Ab isme doodh aur cheeni shamil karein. Lekin thahriye! Abhi kaam khatam nahi hua.
Step 4: The "Phenti" (The Secret Step) Chai ko ubaal aane dein aur phir ek chamach (ladle) se isay thora "phenti" lagayein (lift and pour). Isse chai mein jhaag (froth) banti hai aur taste double ho jata hai. Isay tab tak pakiye jab tak ye "Kadak" na ho jaye.
Step 5: The Grand Finale Ek khoobsurat mitti ke pyale (cup) mein isay chaan lein aur garma garam serve karein.
